Lunch and Learn with Hydroflux: Your Topics, Our Experience
March 17, 2026
Hydroflux has been conducting Lunch and Learn sessions to support clients, partners and industry professionals with practical, experience-based insight into water and wastewater treatment.
The sessions are informal, technical discussions delivered by Hydroflux engineers and process specialists. They focus on real-world design, operation and performance considerations, rather than generic theory. Each session is tailored to the audience and can be delivered either in person or online.

Hydroflux has already delivered tailored Lunch and Learn sessions for municipalities and industrial clients on topics including municipal aeration, tailings treatment, aerobic process comparisons for industry, energy optimisation in process water treatment, and optimisation of sludge handling processes. These sessions draw on Hydroflux’s project experience across the food and beverage, mining, infrastructure and municipal sectors, with a strong focus on solutions that perform in Australian and New Zealand conditions.
Rather than offering a fixed curriculum, Hydroflux is deliberately keeping the program flexible. We encourage participants to request topics that are most relevant to their sites, challenges, interests or upcoming projects. This may include technology comparisons, troubleshooting existing assets, regulatory changes, carbon and energy considerations, or emerging treatment approaches.

The objective of the Lunch and Learn program is simple: to share knowledge, support better decision-making, and provide an open forum for technical discussion. There is no cost to attend, and sessions can be adapted to suit operators, engineers, consultants or management teams.
If you or your organisation are interested in hosting a Lunch and Learn session, either at your premises or online, we welcome your topic suggestions. Please contact Hydroflux via the email link below.
